So, today was Valentine's Day.
I had art class this morning, then at 2:30 Colby came over 'cause he wanted to see me on Valentine's Day at least a little bit. Then at four I worked.
Colby and I haven't discussed things officially or anything, but it's almost like we just don't need to. This was my first Valentine's Day where I was technically not single. The first one in three years that I didn't waste on Mike. (Although I did waste a few minutes on him... Just in my thoughts.)
Colby is pretty much perfect. Our relationship is already as effortless as it is perfect, and...
Well, what else can you say about perfection? There's just not much to say. There's really nothing to complain about except stupid stuff--at fast food restaurants he orders food to-go and eats in the dining room-- and... it's just smooth sailing.
So I guess there's nothing to say about it.
But today was Valentine's Day and he brought me a little hedgehog stuffed animal and some Reese's cups, because he knows they're my favorite... we hung out for an hour.... he's nice to me... already told me I'm perfect...
And... everything is perfect with him.
Totally unremarkable.
That is not boring.
And I do not miss Mike a little bit.
