I'm back!!!!
Yyyeahhh. I'm back from Spain and England now. I went to Madrid and London for a bit more than a week, and now I'm back home.
So many people are at camp now!!! Argh...now I kinda' wish I was back in London, lol. That was a freakin fun trip. I really should put some pics up here or something.
It was really hot in Madrid...well the place is 6,000 feet above sea level and there's lack of water so that makes sense. They hardly ever rain, so they have to make artificial water by moving the clouds or something like that. o_0 The food was incredible...Spanish pizza is sooooooooooooooooooooo----YUMMY!!!!! Usually I hate shopping but doing shopping in Spain was really cool. We spent like 3 hours in this one store called Bershka and we bought a million things, haha. We went to the castle King Carlos was staying in...that was interesting. We also actualky MET a couple on the streets of Madrid that are FROM North Carolina! They live in Raleigh orr sonething...jeez what a coincedince (sp?). Spain was really cool though.
London was more exciting. I went to the London Bridge and the Tower of London and it was really awesome seeing Big Ben. Especially since Wendy and Peter Pan flew over it in the animated movie...hahahahaa!! That clock is so freakin huge though. My hotel was really near Buckingham Palace. The first morning we went to see the guards marching back and forth. Dammit (my new favorite curse word since it sounds WICKED with a british accent), I LOVE London!!! And I found a new best friend (sorry uriah...haha jk). Cornish pasties are the best food ever created by man. They're soooo freakin good!!!! Oh yeah and the accents---the british accents!!! it was so awesome (and funny!) to isten to the folks there talk...they said stuff like "mate" and the guys called girls "love" and said "sorry?" instead of "excuse me?" if they needed something repeated. I actually started speaking with an accent, too, first on purpose (cuz its fun!) and then without meaning to...haha it just sort of got into my mind. teehee. And they had a whole bunch of foods that reminded me so much of harry potter...steak and kidney pudding, yorkshire pudding, humbugs, cornish pasties, and so much more. And the guys....SOOOOO HOTT!!!!!! Ohhh my gosh, there were soooo many hot guys in London...AND Spain. I also had my first bar drink in London...I also got to go IN a bar. Haha long story, but really funny. XD I made friends with the bartender, Matthias, to make the story short. haha...
There were a LOT of couples in both places. And too much PDA (public displays of affection). No, forget PDA...there was some serious making out in some corners of the city. London is seriously the city of romance. It was actually really sweet seeing couples together, holding hands and being in love. Kinda' made me sad, actually...

Anyway, the trip was really awesome. I took more than 400 pictures. I would've taken more of my memory card wasn't full by then. I think London has more places to go, lots to do. London folks seem to be a little...proud and ignorant. Spanish people are more laid-back and outgoing. Both are really friendly though. But yeah, I'm back now. In the little town of Greenville, North Carolina. Back home.
