I have the ickiest of colds and it is kicking my ass. Funny thing is, I wasn't sick, well, not knock-me-over sick until I got down to Wyandotte. *shrug* Amber and TJ and I walked around and looked at houses all day, which was surprisingly interesting, actually. Maybe because I'm sitting here thinking about renting an apartment. Hmm. And then she made taco salad, and it was exactly the way that my grandma makes it, except without the kidney beans...but you could put kidney beans in it, of course. Yumm... Of course, I didn't actually go to sleep after I got home from work yesterday morning, so I was a bit tired, and I feel kinda bad about that. Not really tired, but tired enough that I fell asleep for like ten minutes when she was on the phone. As long as I was active I was fine. *shrug* I was going to head down to Adrian today, since I was already like more than halfway there, but I tried calling ahead and couldn't get ahold of anyone, so I figured that people were probably busy. *shrug* I'm sick anyway, so it's probably better that I didn't.
I went to the IGA when I got home, though. God only knows why I didn't stop at like Meijer or something instead since I drove past like twenty of them. Probably would have spent more money at Meijer, though. Would have spent money on non-grocery type items. But, anyway...I bought grapes and strawberries...and broccoli and lettuce and baby carrots...and croutons and bacon bits...yum yum yum...and I bought cereal...and I found out that Honey Bunches of Oats only has TEN more calories than Special K or Total!! Woohoo! And still no fat, or any of that icky stuff. Not as many vitamins as Total, but we can't be picky now, can we? Yummmy Honey Bunches of Oats... yum yum yummmm... Now the problem is stopping my family from eating all of my yummy yummy stuff.
OH!! But I went to sign on to AIM...and my name has been suspended!!! I was so confused and pissed...and apparently it is suspended because I once upon a time had an AOL account, and now I don't. Fuckers. So, I had to get a new name... DeeLorraine82 I think I put everyone back on who was on before, but there ya go. LOL...and I put someone back on, and apparently the name wasn't exactly what it was supposed to be, and I went to message that person, and I was like "Hey, this is Denise, and this is what happened to my account and blah blah blah..." and they were all like "okay, so...which Denise?" which was wierd, but okay, so they are being cautious, not wanting to just talk to some random person who is saying that they are me or whatever... And so I was like "denise bova, yo...how many denise's do you know that would have lorraine in their sn?" yeah...then it started to occur to me, DUH...that's not their sn...dumbass...you're talking to a stranger. Fuck. lol...it was funny though...
