Weight

This has been a pretty strange month food and weight wise. I started Weight Watchers right before my birthday, and so far since being on the plan I have been out to a restaurant to eat 4 out of the 5 weeks - one of those weeks being at Ashbury, where I went way over my limit. I have just barely stayed in my limit the other times, by dint of putting every single minute of exercise time in to count towards my total and eating a lot of fruit and veg when I would much rather be eating chocolate and pizza. And being good and drinking Options hot chocolate instead of eating chocolate when I really needed chocolate - Options being low fat. I did actually gain weight after Ashbury, but only one pound, which I have promptly lost again. While my weight hasn't shifted more than a few pounds since the beginning, they encourage you to measure various parts of your body (arms, waist, thighs, hips, etc.) to note changes there. There, the progress is actually very measurable indeed. I've lost over three inches on my waist, some around my chest area, and noticeable difference in every section they let you measure. Go me! Now all I have to do is not get discouraged.
