Firday evening's Meet and Greet
Friday evening's Meet and greet at Midimeet 2010 began with a drama-queen welcome from our Chair, just_sue.
The evening's fun began with distribution of personalised 'goodie bags' organised so successfully again by bogwitch.
This was followed by a very different 'ice-breaker' quiz. We were each asked to bring two questions to the meet. Teams were selected by raffle-ticket numbers. Each team was not allowed to answer questions submitted by its members. Each team had flags and noise-makers to indicate their pleasure/displeasure at each question. My team, Hostile17, had the honour of coming last with 16 2/3 points.
For some members, the evening ended in the wee small hours of this morning, after a trip to the local Tai Restaurant.
