Thank you for being a part of Writercon. I enjoyed the tropes presentation as well as your additions to the conversations on gender issues and what we 'say' when we don't realize we're saying it in our stories. Lots of good food for thought.

Plus, it is clear you love what you do, which is just a pleasure to observe.

Oh, thank you for telling me!

I do love what I do--I love fandom and I love what we create and I love writing about this and showing other people just how cool it is! I came from postmodernism and spent a lot of time fighting the canon wars and arguing against people looking down on popular culture--so this is just combining my hobby and my work in a way :)
