writing an entry cause i'm avoiding the homework i should be doing now
It may be a Monday, i may have a huge test tomorrow that i am trying to study for, and i may be getting up at like 5 tomorrow, but today is still a good day. much better than last week was and that makes me smile, :). i was looking through some of my poetry trying to decide of some of it is cleaver wording or just stupid:
i didn't even realize you had my heart
until you swept it from my hands
now my heart is
hidden in your pocket
among forgotten change and discarded gum wrappers
i asked for it back
but you didn't hear me
because i forgot to ask out loud
(not a whole poem of course)i still don't know whether or not it's good or just silly teenage angst......perhaps teen angst makes for good poetry......then again maybe not. *sigh* i don't know. still a pretty good day, especially for a monday. well, gotta study for my geology test *gag* later.
