(no subject)

i'm sure to most of you this is no big deal. but it's been a week since i've had meat. sure i've had cheese and milk and stuff like that. but no chicken, beef, turkey...etc etc. i've been reading alot about it. i've realized i'm eating a lot more carbs but i'd like to eat more veggies and fruits. how did those of you who have been veg for awhile keep a healthy diet? did you lose or gain weight?

i haven't told my mom or dad yet. not because i don't want too. but i want to make sure i can stick to it before busting out there and telling them i'm a vegetarian now and then 2 weeks later i ask my mom for chicken. i'm going to try and go a month before telling them. once i get there i'll make the move to let them know.
