The most salient points seem to be:
Free entry, you keep full copyright, 15,000 words or less, excerpts from novels are encouraged, scifi as well as fantasy is eligible. A small little contest, but it looks fun! Why not throw one of your chapters or short stories in the ring and see what happens? :)
