Need this to remember what I want to write.

1. Original - Evie/Young - Young calls home. It's three in the morning.

The phone woke her up at three in the morning, and all those nightmares crowded around her in the time it took to pick up the reciever. Shot-stabbed-blown-up-dead-ohpleaseGodno.

"Evie?" And it was his voice, and not his commander's or a doctor's, or anyone else's. His voice, crackly from interference, soft with the distance, but his-his-his. Evie closed her eyes, and laid her fingers against her heart, pressing down hard enough to feel the rushing beat against her fingertips.

Alive. Not dead. He was fine. He was talking to her.

And now she was even more aware of how he wasn't here.

2. Kuroshitsuji - Sebastian/Claude - Just a conversation. What, you didn't think demons could converse?

"Liar," Claude countered softly, and smeared ruby-red blood on Sebastian's lips; watched, with relish, those incredible same-coloured eyes dilate, watched that narrow smile tighten. "You're ravenous. Won't you take a bite?"

He tipped the virgin's split neck temptingly, shearing off a thin cord of muscle. Sebastian turned his head haughtily away, though strong shoulders shook.

Claude chuckled in amusement, and ate the flesh himself. "You'll eat, eventually."

"Stop taunting me, or it will be your end," Sebastian snapped - tough words to say when curled up in the taunter's lap.

3. Kit - Eric/Alan - Italy - This Is The Part Where You Say 'I Love You'.

The moon turned the water white as snow - but the boat glided along silently, unheeded by the targeting potential. The windows of Venice glittered gold and bronze and copper behind them. A breeze carried salt and spice to the clouds.

Alan twisted a petal off a rose the same colour as the moon, and let it drop into the water, watching it float in the wake of ripples like a miniature boat itself.

"Eric? I wish you'd come home. I miss you."

Note - might be best to write orig.

4. Kuroshitsuji - Eric/Alan; others - Campania - Zombie Dogs Argh.

"You know what I hate more than dogs?" Eric grumbled, and though his voice was low, it echoed around the cavernous and empty hallways like a shout.

"What?" Alan asked, distracted from Eric's grumbling by a series of small, muffled thumps, like cans rolling down carpeted stairs.

"Dead dogs," Eric said, and yanked him out of the way as the thumps turned into larger thumps, which then turned into one great, bloody big rotting hound flying past Alan's nose like the most uninspired kite in existance.

Ronald trundled past with his lawnmower a moment later, shearing the carpet smooth as he went.

5. Evey - Kim/Jayden - Please Hold

The Call Centre of Hell was located not too far from the Centre of Hell itself.

It had the soundtrack of a place where jingles went to die. Glossy-haired, glossy-suited demons clicked and tapped and ticked their way over tiles polished to an injury-insurance-claims gleam. A single demon stabbed at blinking buttons, hissing.

He had been hissing for the better part of thirty minutes.

That fucking demon just couldn't be reached.

6. Assassin's Creed - Desmond/Shaun - Television?

"Just... suspend your disbelieve."
"If my disbelief gets any more suspended, it'll break the world record for the highest point on earth."

*assassin's creed, *not writing, *kuroshitsuji
