July business
Well, I had hoped to have some fics posted by this time but I got distracted with reading Tokyo Ghoul and rewatching season 1 of Supernatural so... that didn't happen. I need to clean off my desk in my room so I have an easy space to write on. Also need to hang up my Mejibray calendar I got in Japan (finally, I've been meaning to do that since I got back argh) and I'll soon have a Nocturnal Bloodlust poster. I'll probably just stare at Hiro's chest and drool instead of writing. Anyway, I do have some fics in progress it's just a matter of getting them out of my notebook, onto the computer, and edited. I have three I'm almost done with so those are something I want to finish soon but after that I'm going to have to take a posting break because I'm going to be very busy in July.
My sister hooked me up with a freelance job doing data entry for her company and that's starting in July. I'm working with another guy and the official deadline for this to be completed is August 1st, but she said if needed we can blow past the deadline. I'm going to try hard to get it done by August and I'm sure the other guy will be just as motivated. I'm still unsure if taking this job was the best decision because typing quickly bothers my hands but at $15 I couldn't refuse since I'm eyeball deep in debt. Credit card, plane ticket loan, student loans...
Anyway, she wants me to be able to devote 30-40 hours a week on this with 40 hours being the goal. On top of that I have my cashier job so I'm going to be pretty busy with my two jobs and likely frying my hands/wrists in the process. Something to talk to the specialist about as well. And I'll look up exercise too. If I have time and inspiration I'll keep working on my fics but don't expect me to be too active throughout July.
I've also given myself the deadline of September 1st to finish the D portion of the vampire series. There really isn't too much left so I just need to get it done! It was supposed to just be about D and Atsushi then I thought of other characters to bring in and now I've got MiA and Hakuei's story with a few entries into that, the rest of Mejibray and how they became vampires, and also Nocturnal Bloodlust. Those are just side-stories or side series really. My ghost story is still developing and I might end up revising the fic I posted with the Ouija board since I had some new ideas and then just reposting it again with the rest of the series. I'm not sure yet. Still debating.
