Right folks, this is it.
Last part and epilogue of Amazed.
It's been a long ride, over a year since I first started this, and I would like to thank everyone who has helped at various stages with it. adis723 for betaing the early chapter, fanbot for helping out in the middle, and redrayne717 for betaing these final chapters to finish the ride.
Also a huge big thank you to everyone who has left feedback along the way, it's the reason I stuck with it even though inspiration threatened to leave me more than once.

Part 14
The cool night air on the walk home revived Xander somewhat, and by the time they arrived at the apartment, he was wide awake. He'd had time to think about the situation during the walk, and finally decided that he liked the results of the past two days.
Not that he could do much about it now anyways, but it felt good to consciously decide to like the changes. As soon as the door to the apartment closed behind them, he pulled Spike into a hard kiss, his hands already scrabbling to remove the borrowed clothes as fast as possible.
They struggled for dominance of the kiss, Xander slowly winning by sheer persistence. Clothes discarded, they stumbled to the couch and fell onto it, Spike finally getting the upper hand and turning them so he lay on top of Xander. He used the moment Xander needed to catch his breath to direct the kiss into a less frantic pace and let his hands roam appreciatively over the expanse of firm skin and muscles.
Xander arched desperately into the caresses, their cocks catching and sliding against each other. But it was him that stopped all movement only seconds later, pulling out of the kiss to sit up and firmly catch Spike's hands against his chest.
"Not a fluke, ok? This is real, I want this, it's not just the spell, just so we're clear, Spike. Want you on me, in me, around me, any way I can get you!"
"Uhuh," Spike nodded, wriggling his hips and extracting a desperate moan from his partner. "Got it Xander, now hurry up and fuck me, dammit!"
Xander held onto his hands a moment longer, catching Spike's eyes, relieved to find nothing but sincere need and want underneath the teasing twinkle. Then it was back to grinding and wriggling, groping and thrusting, desperate fumbling for the lube, breathless laughter as the cool liquid spilled en masse onto their stomachs, and then nothing but moans and groans of pleasure.
Afterwards, after a quick clean up in the shower that led to even more sex, they lay together on the bed, curled towards each other, smiling lazily at each other.
All was right in their world.

Across town, Ethan and Giles sat at the kitchen table, glasses of Scotch in front of them.
"Why the whole set-up?" Giles asked. "It's not like they wouldn't have gotten there eventually. Or you know, with a gentle push and nudge or something. Did you really have to send them to Blu'dcl'am?"
"Oh come on Rupert, you know perfectly well they would never have acted without the shove of a bulldozer! And I needed to get this done quickly. Besides, don't tell me you didn't enjoy the disrobing button and water mattress when we went!" He snickered.
Giles sighed heavily. "Only you, Ethan, only you would make a matter of such consequence into a farce…"
