"Well" is a bit too conventional a word for Mayfield.

[She doesn't believe anyone truly fairs well in Mayfield. Which is why she says something more relevant.] It'll take time, and I'm not sure if Mayfield will even return something like that, but if it does... I will have a method of communication that Mayfield can't control in its usual forms if you're interested.

Not at all, and I'm not even certain speaking in person is any safer.

If it's any help to you, normally I'm capable of performing magic. It's not rooted to any one thing and can go as easily from defensive to healing if need be. Unfortunately, it's rather weak right now.

I agree. But I also don't think it's an issue right now. We're equally vulnerable either way, so we might as well take the easy route until things change.
