He himself caused the pain, or was it the powers which controlled his world that did so?

It doesn't matter. He's an accomplice.

It does matter. If he himself did not cause the pain, he himself may have been against it. To punish him for the sins of another is not righteous.

He's not against it. From his own lips, I've heard that.

And what exactly did he say on the topic, then?

They accepted the consequences in order to maintain things. Something to that effect.

They're just like us, though. Captives.

Then why is it his fault to the extent that we should interfere? You are merely doing what he has done to you, which will make you no better.

We aren't interfering. He'll die without treatment, anyway... And he's disrupting things here.

I don't care whether he lives or dies; it makes no difference to me. And I am certainly not worried about what anyone thinks of me. Better, worse... villain, hero. I don't care. None of it matters.

If he dies of his own injuries, there is little we can do. However, that is not what I am saying to you.

You say 'they', implying he is one of them, accepted the consequences, in this case hurting others, to maintain things. You also say they are captives, like us. Now, you request he be reported if he is seen. Why?

I can only assume, with the way you are saying things, that you will turn him in: [chaos' next words are firm, but are not actually shouted] IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THINGS.

This makes you the same as he. It is something you should, at the very least, consider.

I'm not maintaining anything; I am advancing my cause.

I don't care what I look like to anyone. Maybe that's too hard for you to understand, so let me put it in more simple terms.

This is not my world, so I don't fucking care. I can consider relative morality all I want, but it doesn't change the fact that I want to get the hell out of this place by whatever means necessary. Understood?

It is not my world, either. Yet, I have no desire to violate another being's rights for my own simple comfort. And unless you can prove that these beings have not souls, I will continue to tell you to think on this matter.

Aside from this, I see no reason that turning him in will allow you to get home any faster.

I don't consider any of them actual beings. They're puppets, weaklings, and they don't deserve to live.

Then stay out of it.

chaoschildofgod October 24 2010, 05:10:44 UTC
You don't know they are puppets! If you cannot give concrete proof, assuming they are is foolish!

Spare me your idealistic bullshit. I don't care.

chaoschildofgod October 24 2010, 05:19:55 UTC
There is nothing idealistic to the truth.

Take your truth and cry to someone who gives a damn.

People like you are the reason we're not home yet. Think about that.
