Come by when you have a minute. I need a favor.

[Separate to Eirin]

I'm having trouble sleeping again. You have something for that, I'm sure.

Information. I'd like you to do something for me, but I need to know if you think you can do it.

Do you think you could take Grady on?

I don't really know the answer to that but...there's nothing to stop me from trying.

You'll have, in my estimation, one eighth to one quarter of a second to kill him. We'll keep you near the front lines, but you'll be protected. I'll have one of my personal friends protecting you bodily.

What I need you to do is kill him immediately, and find at least two other people with instant kill abilities. That's what the tournament has been for, in case you were wondering. I'll try to find people, but you have been here longer than I have. You'd know better.

Hm...people with instant kill abilities? Wouldn't just someone who's quick and accurate suffice? That annoying Lancer guy managed to beat senpai in a fight and that's a surprise all on it's own. Arcueid has some pretty fantastical powers too but I don't think I know how much she has back.

It has to be instant. You're all going to be droned or killed shortly thereafter, if the past is any indication. I'm not even sure it will work, but we have to try. I know it's a lot to ask, but I want out of here, and I'd like to think others do as well.

If you're asking me specifically, there's no way I can say no, right? Aah, it's dangerous to be sure but I'm definitely not going to say no because I'm worried about what would happen to myself.

You're allowed to decline, but I'll definitely think you're a coward. This is the most absurd thing we've done, and I'm not going to take it lightly. I'll let you all say whatever you want afterward.

You keep talking like that but you know what my answer is going to be so why don't we skip this part of the discussion?

Hah. Someday you might understand the political value of getting your caveats out of the way well in advance.

That folder has all the information that's available right now. If you need to scout locations, do it on your own time. You'll have 24-hours notice when we move, unless you need more. There's a map of Westport's police station, as well.

Is there anything else you want me to do?

No.

...Actually, yes. Play music with your windows open at all times. Leave a record player going on the back porch at night.
