Wow... (Monthly update)

Well, the world as I know it has been taking a turn in the last month or so. It started off with graduation at Carroll.... now all my friends are in the same boat I was in a few months ago. Looking for a job, not sure where they'll end up... I wish I could help more. Graduation day, I met up with Julia at first, then Stacy and Jason, and then a bunch of people, including Jess and Phil, who I watched the ceremony with. I didn't do too bad for scrounging for a ticket last-minute and not even knowing if I would see anything.
I ended up getting a newer Neon (yay, a car I can rely on when driving long distances again!). In case people missed it, the spedometer started going only 2 months after I replaced all the brakes on the car. It still needed new shocks and struts, and it was starting to leak gas as well as the oil leak that was happening for some time. But it lasted me most of college, and I hope this car lasts me a while longer (a lot longer, since I'll be paying for it a long time).
I also did my second to last trip up to Timmins around Memorial Day. I met Nat's parents, finally, and also got to see her home town of Thunder Bay. We did a little bit of sightseeing, and a lot of just enjoying civilization (this means getting the malls out of Nat's system, btw... *grins*) I really enjoyed the time, although I did do a LOT of driving.
She'll be coming in September... I can hardly wait for the summer to be over. But I should, since I want to save up a bit before she comes down.
Also have been helping Jason on his Capstone proposal as of the last few days. I don't envy doing the Capstone project (it's like a semester-long final project, required for Computer Science majors to graduate). *hides from the help requests* I know I was helping someone else a little with their capstone, too. It's one of the worst semesters, but it pushes you to improve your skills and put things together.
Anyways, I'm still working, although I'm still trying to get used to my new manager. Things are gonna be a lot different now...
Take care, everyone.
-Chris
