(1) The pope says something incoherent about sex/gender. Apparently he needs to defend heterosexuality, but not to the extent of having sex with a girl.
(2) Patrick Wolf is trying to raise £100,000 from fans to finance the release of his new album, which he's already recorded.
(3) Researchers find headbanging may cause head and neck injuries particularly at rates of over 130 bpm: "songs, such as Spinal Tap's Tonight I'm Gonna Rock You Tonight and Kickstart My Heart by Mötley Crüe, could be combined with a 120 degree range of neck movement and theoretically lead to a high risk of neck injury (NIC score of 15m2/s2).
