I started looking into my trip to London in January. There are lots of train tickets still available, but fewer hotels. Glamorous Whitechapel? Better than Feltham. I'm also considering NaNoWriMo and think I should write a really difficult-to-write experimental thing so that if I fail after 3 days at least I will have justification. As opposed to writing something about Billie Piper forced into a life of prostitution. Or Dannii Minogue. Although my idea has some things in common with 1982 Janine. The only time I did NaNoWriMo in the correct time period, I wrote 12000 words in the last 24 hours, which was even quicker than my postgrad thesis (~15000 words in 48 hours). I went to bed at 1030 last night but got up at 1130 to take more decongestant. Maybe there are snot-loving demons under my bed poisoning me so they can feast. David Cameron has pledged to tackle the growth of single-person households. I don't know how he'll do this, but I presume he is intending to find me a girlfriend.
