Welcome to Leith - twinned with Rio de Janeiro
They've just put up a sign saying that on Leith Walk by Pilrig St Paul's church (the point where Edinburgh becomes Leith). It looks fairly official. I'm not sure if there's a Rio on Poland's Baltic riviera, or if there's been something even weirder going on.
