Once the proper premises had been slapped together and the shingle hung, there really wasn't much else to do. Business on an island full of people who seemed to resolve problems on their own didn't bid well for an ambitious defender of the law. Not that the sole employee of Wright & Co, Island Division minded a little peace and quiet.
It wasn't a whole lot different from home, come to think of it.
Phoenix Wright, Attorney at Law, sat at his makeshift desk in one corner of the tiny hut with a notepad pinned under his wrist and a pen in his hand, the tip of his tongue poking out the corner of his mouth while he scritched away at the paper. Anyone near enough to look over his shoulder, though, might have been amused - or horrified - to find the pad full of various indecipherable doodles.
