I'll take a card (and so sorry I can't donate. :-( )

Any clue how my SSI decision will go? I have both of my outside exams (psych and medical) coming up in the next few weeks.

Hrm. I drew Bluebird. The search for, striving for happiness, and the fleeting dream that happiness can be. This bird is more about the surface than the depth, about possibility rather than reality, too gentle and nonaggressive for passion or drama, too much a creature of the present to be complex. This is also the "social butterfly" of birds, charming, light, a true extrovert and the source of "a little bird told me".

Okay, it took me a while but I suspect that you may get a "we only looked at the surface" rejection this time, and need to go back to get them to REALLY examine your case. You can try pushing them, gently and charmingly, to REALLY look this time, but I'm not sure how that will go. If you DO get rejected, you should definitely re-file.

Sorry I don't have better news!

I'd like a card please.

There has been something on my mind recently that's kept me from sleeping and has thrown me into panic in the middle of the night. Do the cards have anything to say about this and whether what is bothering me is valid or not? I'd like to find a moment of peace or acceptance so I can just move on.

Thank you!

I concentrated on your request for a moment of peace or acceptance so you can move on and I drew Gull. This is the bird of manhood from a broader perspective, encompassing everything from the chivalrous, protective, poetic knight to the rowdy, noisy and untidy sort.
I'm not sure I need to give you further interpretation, but if you feel confused, let me know!

I would greatly appreciate a card - anything the Universe has to say, although I'm curious about the outcome of Hubby's upcoming re-venture into working for himself/from home with the plan as it currently exists.

For you, I drew the Magpie, a very appropriate card as these birds are natural risk takers that thrive on the constant change that life provides. I would say this bodes well for Hubby's venture...or, at least, it suggests that he needs to do it regardless of the outcome. He will definitely follow through. Whether it works or not...I think you are there to balance him if it doesn't.

Good luck!

HAHAHAHAHAHA! I selected a card for inspiration and I got STORK! *much giggling* *ahem*
Unsurprisingly, the stork is associated with birth, parental care and sacrifice, as well as familial duty generally, home and hearth, the bringing of a person to new life both figuratively and literally. Storks, noted enemies of snakes, are silent and communicate with bill clapping and body language.

*pause*

*more snickering*

(Note to everyone else: Ellen is my friend and happens to be very pregnant at the moment.)

MUAHAHAHAHAHA! How perfect is that?

Sometimes the universe is very obvious. :P

I am beginning a financial venture that I would like some ... I guess feedback on (the direction, confirmation.. something).

*hugs*... (will get my debit card in a few for a donation).

Thanks!

I drew Goldfinch, and I feel that the gold in its name is an auspicious sign! This bird brings flashes of insight and speaks of suddenly seeing something that was hidden, especially a hidden choice.

I hope that helps! (And thanks; it's been a VERY slow month.)

:)

Yes... I feel like I'm on a new path to some financial security that I never saw before (or at least had the opportunity to follow).

I know... January is the worst month for any kind of retail... been there, done that, got the tshirt and the trophy... lol

*hugs*
