I cleaned out under the sink

Last week the weather was just horribly humid and hot. Our house doesn't have air conditioning, and many of the cabinet doors are made from solid wood. The end result was that the child safety latch on one side of my kitchen sink cabinet didn't latch for several days. We tied a ribbon around the two handles, and that's doing the job for now. You have a homemade formula for dishwasher soap? That is my #1 most annoying (and most common) thing to run out of! Please share!

My dishwasher soap is 2 parts washing soda to one part borax and one part baking soda. You can throw in some citric acid (or Koolaid lemonade powder) for extra cleaning power if you like. And then fill the rinse aid dispenser with vinegar. Use 1 tablespoon of dishwasher soap per load.
