honestly, no one in office actually reads any e-mail. no one working for anyone in office reads e-mail. they just take a note of the subject line and then mass reply. if you want to be heard, you write them an actual letter, then someone (an actual job) reads the damn thing and then will decide if it is legit or not, and that goes thru that process a dozen times and then might reach the hands of the person you are sending it too. thank god for political science minors, eh.
