I was incredibly busy before Christmas, and sick right through Christmas with a stomach bug (I wound up in hospital two days after Christmas Day being pumped full of saline, anti-nausea medication and potassium). That's my excuse for why the only fic that year was a drabble.

Written for the qaf_giftxchnge. The request was for a humorous BJ-centric fic in which Justin gets a ghost scare.

Only two this year. The first was a story I'd wanted to write for Christmas the year before but I'd just run out of time. It's set in the Justin!Rage universe and you'd probably need to read the others in that 'verse first to really get what's going on.
Christmas Lights
This one was for the Moonshadow Tribe's "gift" challenge. It's an AU where the title of an old song meets a wonderful O'Henry story and this is the result.

Written for qaf_giftxchnge. The request was for Brian/Justin gets custody of Gus, don't particularly care how. If you want to go the Lesbian!hate route, that's fine by me. This was the result.
'Twas the Month Before Christmas.
The story behind this one is a little complex. qaf_challenges had a fund-raising drabbles challenge called 37 Days of Gusmas. They had a prompt for each of the 37 days between Thanksgiving and New Year. You could write one or many drabbles for one or many prompts and people kind of sponsored them. If you wrote a linked series of drabbles for each of the 37 prompts, then the donation was fairly substantial. I found it quite late, but when I did the prompts came together as a response to the other challenge I had been struggling for an idea for - the Moonshadow Tribe's "Real Meaning Of .." challenge. This, then is the result, and my entry into both challenges - which was kind of cheating, but the fund-raising was in a good cause, so nobody seemed to mind.

2011
This one was written for the Moonshadow Tribe Challenge: - "The Worst Holiday Ever".
It's post-513 and Gus lives with his Moms in Toronto.
The Worst(?) Christmas Ever
This one is set in the Homecoming!future 'verse, but could pretty much be read as a stand alone. Gus is thirteen and Dani (Justin and Daphne's daughter) is just a few weeks old.
Christmas Surprise
This is another Gus-mas fic - 37 prompts are provided and from those I've crafted a story comprising a drabble for each prompt. This one is post S5 stand alone. Justin is in NY, Gus is in Toronto and Brian isn't happy.
Reason to Celebrate
It's written in a "let's pretend S5 never happened" universe. Everyone is getting on with their lives in Pittsburgh. And Justin is trying to find a Christmas tree Brian will be prepared to let into the loft.

This is another Gusmas Challenge fic. (You know the drill - 37 prompts - one drabble for each, and somehow they string together into a story.) It's a post-513 stand alone. (The usual warnings that by the end of S5 I wasn't really fond of the munchers, or Mikey or even Deb.)
It's Only Time
This one isn't technically a Christmas fic - but it was written for a Secret Santa and it's got snow in it, so here it is. It's a post-513 stand alone. Justin's 30th birthday is coming up.

This is another one that technically isn't a Christmas fic (although Christmas is mentioned). But it was written for qaf_giftxchnge. The request was kind of long, but the gist was that Brian and Justin should start out as occasional fuck buddies. This was the result.

A gift exhange fic. Request was for a H/C fic where someone gets sick over the holidays. This is what my muse delivered.

A gift exhange fic. Request was for a fic where the gang take it on themselves to point out the inadequacies of BJ's relationship. Oh, and if possible, it was to involved Daphne. I love Daph. Having her involved was no hardship.

You Can't Always Get What You Want
Another gift exhange fix. Request was for a H/C story where one of them is in an accident and the other has to worry about them. It came out a little more angsty than I'd intended but of course it all ends okay. It's a Christmas story after all and I am so NOT and angst-queen.

Again I wrote two fics for the qaf-giftxchnge. One Christmas, one not. The Christmas fic is set loosely in the Homecoming future 'verse. It's Christmas Eve in 2029 and the immediate family are reminiscing about Christmas past.
