A long (three hour) video conference last night and my only defense was of course to wallow in thoughts of bj.

Watcher
Author’s Note: Set anytime post 308 really.
He pulled up at the lights and tensed as he recognized the two men crossing in front of him.
Justin was laughing up at his companion, his face alight, brightening the gloomy afternoon. The other man’s face was more guarded but there was no mistaking the warmth in his slow smile, or the affection with which he pulled Justin close enough to drape a casual arm around his neck.
The watcher wanted to hate the sight of them together, but his heart ached, contrasting their obvious closeness with his own loneliness.
They moved on, never knowing Craig had seen them.
Unexpected Visitor
Author’s Note: Could be set at a number of points, but for some reason I think it’s between 308 and 309. Up to you though.
Brian slid the loft door closed, then stopped with a sense of shock. Instead of the stark emptiness he’d been expecting there was a once-familiar sense of life.
He stopped and considered the visual clues. A jacket was draped across the back of the couch. A backpack leaned against the wall in the corner. Best of all, a sketchbook lay open on the counter.
The sound of the shower running reached Brian and a wide grin slipped across his face.
Dropping his briefcase and pulling off his jacket he stalked predatorily towards the bathroom.
Obviously Justin had kept his key.
