To be absolutely honest, this is close to being my favourite among my fics. And writing it was one of those surreal sort of experiences. I had no plan, no idea how it was going to go. I just sat down and started writing. I wrote for about 10 hours (till 3 in the morning) and aside from a couple of minor edits - this is it. It seriously was like it wrote itself.
So when I re-read it, it's like reading something someone else wrote. If that makes sense. It was seriously odd. I can't remember making any decisions, any point at which I paused and thought "how do I do this?".
I regard it as one of those little gifts that come along, where all I did was provide the fingers and the keyboard.
I just moved into a new apartment tonight and I was feeling kind of low what with it being no place like home for me here. Anyway, I was pretty tired but I decided I'd pop on line and read a little bit to try and get me relaxed when I stumbled across your story. This is quite possibly one of my favorite fics that I've read so far. It actually makes me feel good and that is something that is rare to come by. Yes, it is late, and yes, I'm still exausted from todays events, but I'm heading off to read part 2 right now. Thank you so much for this fic. It's is right now my favorite thing to read.
Oh I'm exausted all right. LOL. But, today was the last day of actually moving things and now I have all of my furniture here. It's just a matter of getting it all in the right place now. :)
I thoroughly enjoyed these two parts. Nice twists and variations from the film.
Cute, cute. I hate that word, but, they were.
I loved reading these late at night, or early morning as it were, even though I fell asleep now and then. I'd wake up and read some more. Had to finish it. I'll reread it all and see what all I missed.

Deck the halls with boughs of holly....
Thanks, Wren. It's dark and rainy here today. You've brought me SUNSHINE in two ways.
Off the read number two.

Glad it brightened your day, anyway.

You must be worn out. Moving at the best of times is such a drama and physically exhausting into the bargan.
Hope that you enjoy the second half and that you sleep well and have good dreams.
