Christmas stories - update

Dec 27, 2005 22:46

I'm still working on the third. It took ages to reach any sort of form in my brain and when it did I wound up with three pages of notes! I'm working on it, and hope to have it up by New Year ( Read more... )

I loved this story. I did read it at MST, but it was worth reading again. :D

I read the scrooged fics and most of them were quite good. There a couple I think might have been yours (of the VERY good ones) but I'm such a lousy guesser I figured I'll just wait until the 30th to get my answers. The only ones I'm sure of are the ones I beta'd and one that I skimmed that was--let's say bizarre. ;b

That wouldn't be the Justin/Michael one, would it? *g* I didn't read it (erk!) but I know there's one there. And some perverse part of me is wondering what the premise could be for getting those two together under any circumstances.

Glad you enjoyed Tree Troubles, anyway.

The third fic is still coming along very very slowly. Sigh. But I'll get there eventually.

Not today, however. Today I'm off to the cricket for the day. One of the very few (IMO) good things about summer.

I read the Justin/Michael one--VERY wierd.

There's also a VERY long MPREG--OY. *runs away screaming*

Hope you enjoyed your cricket match. I watched a portion of one when I was in England a number of years ago. I'm a big baseball fan, so it was interesting to see the differences and similarities. :D

I suspect that you have to grow up with cricket to appreciate a game that can go for five days and still wind up in a draw *g ( ... )

Oh, Wren, this was just lovely and it's going into my Memories Holiday folder. Much as I adore teh (with a happy ending) angst, I just as much, if not more, adore these slice-of-life vignettes. And when they come about through your talented pen (er, keyboard), that's even better. Please keep on writing about our favorite guys. A great big bucket of fangirl squee-age coming your way full of wishes for the best of everything in the New Year!

Thank you. I have to admit, I'm so not an angst queen. I think those two have the ability to manufacture quite enough drama in their lives over the fairly normal day to day things. lol

Thanks for the good wishes, and right back atcha. Hope you have a great New Year and a stellar 2006.

Well you made me cry. Nothing gets me more than reading about Brian's childhood and how he wants to make it better for Gus.

And, everyone should be together, including Mel and Michael (yuck).

Happiest of New Years.

Thanks, Deb. Yes, I'd really like to consign M&M to the coldest circle of you-know-where, but ... everyone should be together on Christmas.

Have a great New Year.
