As I'm sure alot of you do from time to time, I'm feeling a little unnapreciated at the moment.

It's nothing major, just getting kinda typical of my time at the studio these days, I've taken time from one of my days off to come in and do some work with a group of kids who (alledgedly) want to get into making music, and a whole 1 show up, not a good start to the evening, follow that up with a guy complaining that the room we've put aside for his sons guitar lesson (not a huge room I'll grant, it's an office, but there's plenty of room for two people with guitars) isn't suitable. Doesn't realy explain why - just hints that it's too small and not "what he wanted" - and mentions that he's left our competitions studio because it was too pricey but he isn't happy with a tuition room. The guy who was supposed to be giving the lesson isn't here, so I have to find a replacement at the last minute, and finally I've had a singing lesson booked last week for tonight, which I found out about this afternoon.
Somedays it seems like there's no-one paying any attention around here except me, and I'm tired of trying to salvage whats left.

argh

On the bright side though the lesson tonight means some cash, and provided the rest of my lessons turn up for the next few weeks that'll pay for xmas.... more or less.
Hopefuly I'll be able to add cash from some tartan gigs to that soon, just need to start badgering venues for work. Need to get some more songs learned as well... time to dig out the silly stuff I think. Although in saying that we're a little light on the ballad front so that may be the way to go...

Any suggestions?

Other than that, health is good, money low, work plentiful, the ususal
