Cards
Okay- cards will be away today! Not packages, I have to wait because some of the gifts are being slow to arrive. Bother, I wanted to get everything mailed off today.
After that, a tree... and I'll be pretty much done with everything but the baking (read- the fun stuff) of Christmas.
This is a good thing as Mom is coming home Wednesday. Against my advice, against medical advice- she's just bound and determined that she can take care of herself.
So, okay- I'll do a bit of shopping and cook dinner for three instead of two and take it to her- but I am not sitting over there all night every night. If she needs that, she should listen and go for assisted living instead of coming home.
Emily's choir had a concert Thursday- both the band and the choir did really really well and I'm proud of her.
