It's not too bad- just more like vanilla pancakes than cake. But you might point out to him 10 eggs- that's a lot of money, really. If you do decide to make it, use a timer and a chart... and really NOT self rising flour and line the pan or the bottom layers will stick and delaminate. No sense in making my mistakes over again.
