Happy Labor Day.
I, on the other hand, worked yesterday and have to work today... and for the next four days as well. Not only do I not get the three day weekend, I have to work 6 days in a row with a ONE day weekend. So I'm getting a little bitchy about people asking me what I'm planning to do for the 'holiday'. It isn't a holiday for everyone!
I am, however, getting hours which is a good thing.
Anybody know a good way to dye plastic? Rit didn't work so well. (I'm trying to dye a couple of pairs of Nancy's shoes brown- the decent vintage brown shoes are very rare and therefor terribly expensive. I don't spend that kind of money on shoes for me, I'm certainly not spending it on shoes for Nancy.)
Lots of Nancy stuff going on but no pictures yet, sorry, and I'm not quite ready to share exactly what. Major stuff though!
Part of the reason I'm being slow on pictures is that, besides having my days off split and almost random, is that I've got to get moving on Emily's quilt. I'm about 2/3 finished with the quilting but her birthday is in 3 months so it's taking priority most of the time.
I've got so many projects that I've got paused... I really want the time to hit the 'continue' button!
