Don't paint us all with the same brush. I do prefer a bare face. Yes, really. Yes, I know the difference. If that made up woman walks by while we're having a conversation, I might turn my head, but my lip will curl. For me, if you have a regimen of cleansers and exfoliators and moisturizers, all that's to the good. But I'd rather you not color yourself artificially. I prefer women with their own faces. ~Rick
You know, I really should have specified 'most' not 'all' and almost any guy who is on my friends list knows himself better than the ones I was on about.
I actually did assume you liked bare better than made up and that you knew the difference- so please forgive me for sounding like I didn't know any better!
I've never met a guy who liked me better bare-faced than with some concealer and a little something on the eyes. I look better. Most guys seem to prefer what's between "obviously made up" and "completely bare", and most guys don't seem to be aware of the make-up at all when it's subtle. (But show up without it, and they're all, "Are you sick or something?")
Unless you show up without it every day- they get used to it then. I never do wear make up so everyone is used to seeing me with out it- that's my 'normal'.
