Day 2452 Happy Twice
Things that have made me happy today:
My Lush order arriving from England. What's bad is that I ordered from Lush UK on 3/12 and it got here today. I ordered from Lush US on 3/10 (something that was not available on the UK site) and it isn't here yet.
The fact that Lush UK read my comment about wishing for trial sized face creams and sent me samples of Gorgeous, Skin Nanny and Skin Drink (are they not the awesome-sauce?)
This also means that I am trying to decide just which of my books is the most pastorially English since I now have an English Countryside bath bomb to use tonight. (Major happy!)
I have finished all the housework except one load of delicates so when I get out of the bath, I can quilt the rest of the night.
One of Mom's friends, who is perpetually hard up, called and asked her for work today. She told him that he could clean the front yard at her house... which will get me out of some if not all of it tomorrow.
I stepped on the scale this morning... and my weight has fluctuated down. I am not going to say I have actually lost any weight yet... it's still within that 5 lb range that I can't seem to get out of on the down side... but it's nice that it's now on the low end of that range instead of the high end. All things considered, this makes me happy, since I expected to have to struggle to not gain any weight right now.
Emily is dressed and ready for bed already.
