so...yeah....i was on a boat in the gulf during a storm this weekend.......
it was fun. I ended up catching 1 damn fish. everyone else in the boat got like 3. It kinda sucked. And the directions to where I was at are very simple. Take i49 until it ends in lafayette. take highway 56 until it ends. thats it. this place, its the end of the road in Cocadrie. Shrimp boats everywhere, I was waiting for Forrest to jump to Lt. Dan and his boat run aground.
In other news, I was walking into Wal-Mart today and looked at my watch. It was 7ish. Usually, around 7ish on a sunday im in the courtyard of Dodd playing magic shoes and chocolate river. I really miss camp. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't wish I was waking up to help Scottie move his stereo into the hall to blast whatever song we feel like playing at 5 am in the morning. I miss those days. I really do. Camp was always an experience, kinda like one of those space missions where they lock them in a room for months just to see if they'd kill each other. its kinda like that, except we can leave. I mean, i miss the nights after everyone has left where we all would crash in scottie's room and watch movies. Then in the mornings the girls would wake up early and get dressed and then come anad get us up and want to go eat. its about the same time they get mad at us cause we tell them to go away and let us sleep (i mean, it was only 2 pm!).
