amei loves the pair so dearly, it's rubbed off on me. The original idea stemmed from me wondering what Dahn'd look like in Western clothes. Quite unintentionally, this seems to have turned out looking like an engagement photo instead. Uh.
technical blah: An area I want to improve in is my understanding of the form and structure of the face.. this took me 3 evening sittings to finish, 1 evening of that wasted because I messed Akane's face up and then scrubbed over it today to repaint her. One of my biggest weaknesses is painting and drawing chicks.. I believe that it requires a more delicate touch which I want to learn to develop. Dahn however is a delight to paint for all his chunkiness XD

main brush I use is the standard Oil brush in Painter. Pshop for post-level adjusting stuff. I still can't figure out why colours show up duller in my Painter.
