PRIDE OF BELONGING
Today my parent's signed for me to enlist in the Marine Corps.
Every Saturday morning I have to attend poolee events. Poolee events are where all the other Nashua recruits get together and PT (phyiscally train) to get us ready for basic training.
Sunday afternoon my recruiter will bring me to Boston MEPS (Military Entrance Processing Station). There I'll get physicals done and be screened and processed. If I pass all of that junk, I'll immediatley be sworn into the Marine Corps and sign my contract.
