to help my skin

ensure that these foods are included on a regular basis:

* brown rice
* oats
* almonds
* walnuts
* sesame seeds
* flax seed oil
* olive oil
* avocados
* green leafy vegetables
* carrots
* sweet potatoes
* beets
* cruciferous vegetables
* berries
* pears
* fresh apple juice
* cranberry juice
* yogurt
* tofu
* salmon

* a paste created from honey, vitamin E oil, and goldenseal root powder
* an herbal poultice created from comfrey and chickweed
* aloe vera gel
* distilled witch hazel, dab using a cotton ball or clean cloth

In a bath:

* one cup of ground oats and one-half cup honey (a natural, nutrient-rich honey such as manuka is great)
* two tablespoons jojoba oil and five drops lavender crucial oil
* one cup of milk powder, two cups of chamomile tea, and two tablespoons honey
Herbal Infusions:

* burdock root
* red clover (great for childhood eczema)
* licorice root (usually do not take in cases of substantial blood pressure)
* yellow dock
* nettles
* figwort
* mountain grape
* cleavers
