Moonlight Flower Drabble Contest Win!
So I've been on the wonderful world of LiveJournal for about a week now, and though I hesitate to say it, the communities seem pretty awesome. Looks like I may have another addiction. ::sigh:: Well at least I'm keeping to my promise of only craving things that are free in 2008.
If it wasn't so freakin' easy to join everything I might have stood a chance. But no, click and boom I'm added. Then of course I have to read the postings in detail to make sure I haven't joined some fangirl cult that wants to suck out my soul. What's left of it anyways.
I thought I'd start off slow and enter the fanfic contest at Moonlight Flower. The community is great and Tomoe is awesome! I'm a rambler not a drabbler, but the minute I saw the theme I couldn't get a scene out of my head. So at four o'clock in the morning I finally rolled out of bed and scribbled out my response to "When love is not Madness, it is not Love." I figured it was the easiest way to put the evil plot bunnies to sleep. And lo and behold I actually won! Shocked doesn't even begin to describe it. So instead of weaning me off of the site Livejournal has decided to seduce me. Hell I'm not even struggling anymore.
