I no longer hold others responsible for my happiness. Neither do I hold myself responsible for theirs. I can only do my best and go along my way. If in the process, I help them in their search for happiness, then good. If I don't, well then that can't be helped. I dictate my path and I write my own destiny. No one can hurt my feelings or make me sad without my permission. My life is my own and I owe no one the privilege of happiness.
