When I sleep my neurons play odd games XX...

There was an outbreak of zombie disease and suddenly the world was in full-scale Dawn of the Dead mode. This was somewhat stressful as I wasn't dressed for zombie warfare and didn't have any weaponry on me. There was a lot of hiding and running away and a lot of watching various other people get torn asunder. Finally picked up a scalpel, a straight-razor, and a set of bolt cutters and felt a bit better about the whole situation.

Alas, then there was a shadow demon wolf thing trying to eat us as well as all the zombies. At the last minute a very debonaire Jeremy-Brett-sort of Dracula turned up and calmly ordered that he would fight the demon werewolf thing if I'd kindly take care of the unspeakable tentacle-headed monstrosity next door as it ought to succumb to a dose of bolt-cutters-through-the-head. I did so, the monstrosity went squelch. My neurons perked up because vampires werewolves and things-from-r'ley meant there was weird shit and as such there was no good reason why I couldn't have magic powers of doom as well. Hurrah!

Went outside to a sort of monument in a park where a whole host of (elven? exulted?) soldiers were gathering. One of the ranking officers of which was Bedlam. (Cinnamon looks very cool playing dress-up as an Abyssal.) I begged for her help; she told me to go home. I pointed out I couldn't. She sighed, relented and turned me into Keziah in her demon-hunter guise complete with armour and chaos-god sword. At this point I woke up, but determinedly went back to the dream as it had just got to the really good bits. I then had lots of fun running around slaying all the shamblies. (If I fed the sword enough of them it would metamorphose into a zombie nuke, killing all the shamblies and healing all the infected.)

At the end there was something to do with an actual demon lord and creating wards and talismans against him and preparing for some sort of epic battle. Neurons were far too busy being a mystic shadow grail knight of doom to really care.

Lalala.

More dreams like that please!
