Expert in Corvids, not so much in housekeeping...
All my bread is mouldy and the milk is on the turn. I feel the world might be mocking me just a bit.
Yesterday I signed up to Twitter just so I could ask the Ravenmaster at the Tower whether they'd named their new raven yet.
They hadn't, so I suggested a bunch from literature & legend: D'Uskglass, Poe, Dante, Belenus, Elathan, Neith... and by far my favourite - Oberon. I might have added Morpheus, Fagin, Herne, or Cernunnos to the list, but by then all my neurons were in agreement that the raven was called Oberon and really calling it anything else would just be silly.
Now I just need the world in general and the Ravenmaster in particular to agree with me.
Meanwhile, today is not a great day to be me so I think I'll hide in bed and attempt to interest my neurons in drawing and listening to more Bleak Expectations.
