ClickSlide vs Neurons

(no sleep, so dead, please 'scuse questionable spelling, typing and sense.)

So, for various and differing reasons, neurons feel linked and 'in' on my father's ClickSlide project.

I designed short-notice-we-need-them-NOW business cards for them. Not stunning, but passible.
Then I started pissing about trying to design a logo.
This isn't my forte, but on the other hand I'm at least 75% solid on 'stuff thoughts and meanings and whether they work for your product or not'. I'm not professional, I don't know the maths or the specific psycology, but I have a very good eye and a solid aesthetic/pop psycology sense.

In other words, I know a giant 'X' isn't a good logo (unless maybe you're a pirate, a soho sex tycoon, or a kick arse burgler alarm company). Similarly I know all the best logos are very simple - they usually come down to a specific font with either an iconic graphic or colour: these merge together in the subconscious to make a symbol.

A nothing grinder (archemedes trammel) is silly and a big fat X of wtf.
If you try really hard you can fekk with the design so it looks like a snowflake maltese cross WWI medal thing. Which is utterly great if you deal in home insurance and security. But for shit of you want to come across as fast and awesome and the Thing You CANNOT Be Without. So I bitched and drew a silly little woooshy sort of logo that was the represention of 'click, slide!' as far as my neurons were concerned. Badges will be made for some business meeting of doom.

Oh I know they'll get someone proper to design all their logo stuff.
It would still amuse my neurons endlessly if they used my design in any way.

....I haven't slept in a little while. One hour in 50 something no fekkit i can't count.
woke up tuesday at 8am, and have slept for an hour since, is now whatever the time is now. Help - maths?

I really ought pass out now if I can. Werble werble I really have no conscious neurons and feel a bit ill as a consiquence....
