An open letter to women...
First off, let me state this flat out: this letter is NOT directed at one single woman I know. It IS directed at at least three women I know, who are all doing the same thing right now, and it's driving me nuts.
You guys are sounding really insecure and jealous, and I'm having a really tough time reconciling it with the amount of time you talk about being strong, proud women who I should not view differently than men. Listen to me very carefully: JUST BECAUSE SHE/THEY ARE DOING REALLY WELL, JUST BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE PROUD OF THEM AND THEIR ACCOMPLISHMENTS DOES NOT MEAN THEY DON'T STILL LIKE/LOVE/CARE ABOUT YOU!
God, I love you guys to death, I really do; and I want nothing more than I want you to be happy, but you're acting really childish right now. Grow up and just be happy for them.
