The debt ceiling...

Here's what gets me about the debt ceiling issue: why aren't people angrier at Obama over this? The man was supposed to LOWER our debt; and instead, three years later, under his watch, the debt is higher than it's EVER been. We're about to DEFAULT on our debt. I mean, how did this happen? It's not like the government spent billions of dollars buying "clunker" cars or anything, right? If Bush had pushed the debt to its ceiling, we'd be demanding his head.

We're so far in debt that we're about to default. People are questioning if we can afford to pay social security checks; if we can repay all the elderly people who busted their asses to pay into that fund, and now rely on it to get by. The military is questioning of our TROOPS are gonna get paid. And Obama thinks we can afford to give everyone healthcare. "delusional" doesn't even cover it.

I read things like this, where soldiers are on the other side of the planet risking their lives, away from their families, and they ask "are we going to get paid?" And their commanders can't answer them. I read this, and I think about the man who was supposed to get this shit under control, and I think about the fact that he STILL thinks we can afford Obamacare.

Why does he get a free pass on this? Where is our outrage?
