I also like the Childs/Preston Pendergast series. I haven't read one in a while, the last one I did read was Cabinet of Curiosities and was kinda creeped out by it.

I've been tempted by the audiobooks, I wish they sold them electronically so I could load it to my iPod.

Enjoy the con!

Oh yeah, that was a creepy one. They excel at that ;)

The audiobooks (well, some if not mostly all) can be downloaded off the site. You just nee dto check. However, I'm clueless with iPods and such, so you'd have to probably email them and ask if it's doable.

Big Finish audiobooks download as normal mp3s, so putting them on an iPod is easy - just import the files into iTunes and do whatever you normally do next.

(They tend to come as a zillion small files in a folder, so my usual process involves consolidating them into one or two larger files, for ease of management. I also convert them into iPod audiobook format (m4b), which is bookmarkable. You don't have to do either thing, though - they'll play just fine the way you download them.)

They do sell the MP3's on their site. the guy selling them at Chevron 7.4 had them all on his IPod so it shouldn't be too ahrd to get them to work..

It is getting really serious out there.......

MediaWest*Con is held in Lansing, Michigan ever Memorial Day weekend. All fans, no actors (although two actors - the one who played Jules Verne - actually showed up as fans!)

What's Heartland about? How sizable is Chris Potter's role? What kind of character does he play? Man, I haven't seen him in anything in forever...

I still have a stack of unread KF:TLC zines myself.

It's the BMW drivers here that I can't stand - and I hear you on must-watch TV shows - my list keeps getting shorter.

Oh, don't get me started on BMW drivers, or Lexus drivers. All awful. Yeah, the way TV is going I'll be getting out my videotapes.

Oh, cool - I didn't Chris Potter had gotten another series. I'll have to look into it.

And I kinda discovered Human Target by accident (read: it was recommended by HULU) a week or so ago. I think it's back on next week ... or did it get canceled? I haven't heard much buzz about it, so I wouldn't be surprised if it did.

I totally hear you on reality shows. They make my brain bleed. I think I could mainline food network, tho. I also hear you on taxes - just thinking about doing mine is making me cry.

Spring. Yeah. Where the heck is it? It's dragging its feet in my neck of the woods.
