That's the height of artistic thought and hard-working directing right there.
I wonder what songs they'll use in the montage sequences we'll now no doubt be subjected to. I'm guessing there'll be at least one where Isla and Chance are on the outs and they're sitting alone in their rooms looking forlornly at some object that reminds them of each other, while Guerrero sits in his car or apartment staring sadly out the window as he contemplates the guilt he will suddenly be feeling about all the terrible things he's done. And Winston will be doing something vague and unimportant, fitting given his new position on the team.
All set to the mournful tones of Sarah McLaughlin crooning "In the aaaaarrrms of the aaangel..."
