So, after
seiryu_16 and
susanofstohelit suggested it I decided to pick up The Lies of Locke Lamora by Scott Lynch. I picked it up more in a show of supporting friends of friends rather than any true interest. The jacket blurbs were intriguing though, and I decided to give it a go. Wow, is this book fun. It is probably the most entertainment I've had in a while, and that is from any medium. The book is very much well written and the narrative and characters just sucked me in.
