Lunch break
So we made it to Tucson, and all is strange. Our stuff is supposed to make it here tomorrow, so maybe we can at least have a sense of having a home. Of course, it will be about a month before the front house is ready to live in. I've decided that if the geography department won't give me a teaching assistantship that I'll just enter as a non-degree seeking student and learn GIS while I work a jobie job.
Speaking of jobie jobs, I have one that lasts nine days as a greeter at the UoA bookstore. I applied yesterday morning, got a call in the afternoon, and am now on my lunch break from training. It is short, but it pays 8.50 an hour, so provides some cash to live on. Well, I'm off to finish training, talk to y'all later.
