BSG 12 and Heroes 9

Spoily-spoilers!

BSG

Well, then. What a blinder of a two-parter. A surprising amount of resolution in this episode but a lot more questions aswell. I don't understand how the whole hallucinating in the temple thing worked, but who was it that Deanna saw? I'm sure all will be revealed in time. So, the Cylons have decided to shut down the Deanna model. Baltar is back among the humans (oh boy!) and they have a SIX too. Boomer and Helo have Hera back and Starbuck has a 'destiny'. Intriguing.

HEROES

Well this continues to be twisty and turny. The mysterious Syler fails in his attempt to kill Claire and then meets his match in the mysterious Haitian and the equally mysterious Eden. Now, she's an interesting character. Her super power seems to be that she is very persuasive - sort of like the Preacher's 'voice'. She seems genuinely concerned about Isaac so she's not 'eeeevil' but she does work for the mysterious Mr Bennet who is turning out to be deliciously ambiguous. At first he seemed to be a shadowy government agent but is rapidly becoming a slightly sympathetic character in that he genuinely cares about his daughter.
Hiro finds himself jaunted back 6 months instead of 6 hours - oops! That boy's as bad as the Doctor.
I figured, when I saw him mangled in the painting that Peter was going to acquire Claire's regenerative ability and heal himself but now he's in a world of trouble!
And then there's Niki and her evil alter ego. BANG!

Great stuff. What with Life on Mars and Primeval and the imminent arrival of Doctor WHO, I'm in Sci-Fantasy TV heaven at the moment.
