A calm and quiet day.....
I cannot believe it, but I was actually able to work on my report for most of the day. It was so calm and quiet at my desk! I was rarely interrupted, I was able to keep working on one thing at a time. It was odd. I liked it, and I doubt I'll get it a lot, but it was nice.
Today I have boxing and I'm sure I'm going to be exhausted tonight.
Yesterday I kept singing Beatles songs at my desk. I am reading George Martin's autobiography, and I'm getting to the end of the book so it was all about the recording of Sgt. Pepper. So of course I was singing songs from that album.
The book is very interesting in that it really talks about the music, and how recording was done at the time. It' s cool. I'm having fun reading it. It was published in 1979, but I found it used on-line and ordered it.
